Your social worker at Dove Healthcare will:

Assist you and your family with the admission process and discharge planning

Help you with any adjustment issues you may experience during your time with us

Monitor and address your social and emotional needs and make referrals as needed

Participate in your on-going care planning

Be available to you and your family as a supportive resource and guide

Learn more about becoming an active participant in your care after a hospital stay.

Receive support from our expert social services team.

We retain a highly qualified and experienced social services team. They complete on-going educational training and stay abreast on the community options and resources available to you.

Kris graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in 1987 where she received her bachelor's degree in social work. She has practiced in long-term care for over 25 years.

Cassie Burrows

Cassie graduated in 2003 from Winona State University (Winona, MN) with a bachelor's degree in social work. Cassie has been practicing for over five years as a nursing home social worker and currently coordinates admissions.

Britney graduated in 2011 from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a bachelor's degree in social work and a minor in gerontology. She completed her internship at Dove Healthcare-West and is currently pursuing a masters of social work in mental health. Britney been practicing long-term care social work since her graduation.

Leslie graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a liberal arts degree in 1991 and a bachelor's degree in social work in 2007. Leslie has experience in both hospital and long-term care social work.

Sherry graduated in 1983 from University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire with a bachelor's degree in social work. She has worked with various populations and has more than 15 years of experience in long-term care.
