What is Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy?
Services by our qualified, experienced therapists are available upon referral from a resident's physician. Depending on the individual’s needs, a rehab stay could be as short as two weeks or last up to three months.

Skilled Nursing

Nursing Programs and Services
We provide skilled nursing services in a caring environment, as much like home as possible. As residents' needs change, we're here to help them in a dignified and compassionate manner. End-of-life care registered nurses are on duty 24 hours a day and they are assisted by a team of licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants.

The Registered Nurse Case Managers and Primary Nurses, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, uphold the high standards of Dove Healthcare. We adhere to nursing practice guidelines through audits, quality assurance reviews, resident care plans, and care conferences.

Our experienced and specialized wound care interdisciplinary team consists of nurse wound specialists; dietitians; a dietary manager; physical, occupational, and speech therapists; staff nurses; and certified nursing assistants.
