Joey Pettis, a Registered Nurse since 1972, is certified in long-term care and wound ostomy. Besides overseeing the direction and care of all residents at Dove, she serves on the Wisconsin Director of Nursing Council and speaks at clinical conferences throughout the country. Locally, Joey established the community wound committee, serves on school of nursing committees, and consults on clinical matters at our assisted living facilities.

Kelly Heinbuch , RN, BSN, WCC
First Floor Director of Nursing

Kelly started her nursing career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Dove Healthcare and over a span of seven years progressed as a Registered Nurse Supervisor, Nurse Case Manger and finally in 2009 was promoted to First Floor Director of Nursing. She oversees the clinical care of the residents on first floor, coordinates nursing and physical resources and ensures quality standards are being met. Kelly is also a Certified Wound Care Specialist.

Karl Nordin, RN, BSN
Second Floor Director of Nursing

Karl has extensive experience with geriatric long-term care and developmentally disabled residents. He oversees the long-term care program which includes staff supervision, quality measures, and implementation of a resident-centered care culture.

Bobby Scanlon, RN
Nurse Educator and Infection Preventionist
At Dove Healthcare Since 2002

Bobby is responsible for staff continuing education, skills training, competency testing, and auditing of nursing staff performance. As an infection control practitioner, she is also responsible for education, surveillance, and monitoring of infection prevention practices, antibiotic use, and illness trend monitoring for both residents and staff. Bobby also serves as an infection control resource for Dove Healthcare affiliates.
