We provide skilled nursing services in a caring environment, as much like home as possible. As residents' needs change, we're here to help them in a dignified and compassionate manner.
Registered Nurses are on duty 24 hours a day and they are assisted by a team of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. Our nurses ensure the well-being of each resident with professional care in prevention, rehabilitation, education and personal support.
Transitions Rehabilitation Program— A 62-bed unit located on first floor, Transitions is a program that is dedicated to short-term rehabilitation. Six primary nurses, directed by the First Floor Director of Nursing, are responsible for promoting individualized care for each resident on this floor.

Long Term Care Program—Our 98-bed, long term care program is located on second floor. Three Registered Nurse Case Managers, directed by the Second Floor Director of Nursing, are responsible for the oversight of all resident care on this floor.
The Registered Nurse Case Managers and Primary Nurses, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, uphold the high standards of Dove Healthcare and nursing practice guidelines through audits, quality assurance review, resident care planning, care conferences, coordinating care with ancillary services and providing hands on care.
Available to both short-term and long-term residents, restorative therapy is a combination of rehabilitation and nursing skills and includes range of motion exercises, walking, stretching and assistance with activities of daily living. This program helps residents retain their level of functioning, restore their independence and enhance their quality of life. A designated trained professional, in close coordination with the registered nurse assigned to the resident, delivers the resident's program, provides their care and monitors their progression. Oversight is provided by the Nursing Director and close communication is maintained with the rehabilitation department to ensure optimal goals are reached for each resident.
We deliver the best quality of care possible through a state-of-the-art nurse call system. Our caregivers are notified of every resident's need in the order in which each call was placed. We have streamlined the process through the integration of wireless phones and pagers that receive a message for every call based on pre-set priority and timed levels.
Point of care touch screens are strategically located throughout our resident hallways and dining rooms. These screens allow caregivers to efficiently document care immediately after it has been provided. Most importantly, this technology increases the amount of time our caregivers can spend with our residents.
